Italian-style mortadella

Traditional cured Italian-style meat product seasoned with spices to bring out its flavour. Made using traditionally prepared, finely minced pigs’ trotters and pancetta. Seasoned with spices
and kneaded with dices of back fat, giving it the traditional Italian Mortadella cut. It is stuffed into large-caliber permeable casings which help reinforce its characteristic flavour during the cooking process. Vacuum-packed slices in a practical, easy-to-open, solidbased pack. Perfect for snacking or preparing exquisite sandwiches.
