Caramelised roast ham cubes with peach puree

1 10-mm slice of La Selva Roasted Ham 2 peaches 100 g of sugar 100 ml of water

· In a saucepan make a syrup by boiling the sugar, water and peeled and finely chopped peaches until they are soft.

· Cut the ham into 10 mm by 10 mm cubes and brown in a hot frying pan.

· Pour the peach puree into the bottom of a glass and place the ham cubes on top. Decorate to taste.
